Heritage Green Nursing Home is a prestigious, three-story, 167-bed facility nestled on Isaac Brock Drive in Upper Stoney Creek, just south of Mud Street. With stunning views of the lush Valley Park, our location combines the tranquility of nature with the convenience of easy access to public transportation. Originally established in 1983 as a 34-bed nursing home within our Seniors Retirement building, we proudly transitioned to our current, purpose-built facility in January 1991. Designed in the elegant style of a Georgian manor, Heritage Green offers a warm, welcoming environment that prioritizes privacy, independence, and dedicated care for each of our residents. Today, our home is supported by a dedicated team of approximately 200 staff members and is fully accredited by CARF Canada, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
